Shipping

I need my order asap! What can I do?

No worries, I can rush ship orders. Please take into consideration two things:

  • Before ordering, send me a message through social media ( not email ) letting me know for when you need your order. I'll let you know if I can or cannot rush ship your order. If you don't send me a message before/wait for my response I cannot be responsible for your order not being shipped on time!

  • I can never garantee a delivery date because of the postal service. If I can, I will be more than happy to prioritize your order but I cannot be responsible for delays during shipping!

Contrary to other brands I rush ship orders for free, so please me kind and patient, it's just me running this shop! :)

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for every order!

Tracking stopped updating & it's been longer than the estimated delivery dates for delivery. What can I do?

Please take into consideration that the shipping times are estimated so the delivery times may vary. Every order comes with a tracking code so you can check where your order is. If tracking stopped updated, and before contacting me, here are some things I suggest you do:

  • Copy and paste the tracking code provided to your national's postal service website. If the package is already in your country more information usually shows up. 
  • If it stopped updated and the last update mentions anything with customs, it can mean they are waiting for you to pay taxes or custom duties. You need to follow the instructions your national postal service provides for them to release it.
  • Contact your national postal service and ask were it is/what is happening. They have access to more information.

If it's been more than 21 business days and your order hasn't arrived/tracking stopped updating please contact me and I'll help you out! But please do the things I suggest before doing so, the first thing I'll ask is what your national postal service said when you contacted them :)

How can I track my order?

In the shipping confirmation email you`ll receive a code and a link to track your order. 

I made a mistake when writing my address! What can I do about it?

Please please please check your delivery address before placing your order. In case a mistake happens, and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact me as soon as possible so I can make that change for you. If your order has shipped or is being returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, please check the "Shipping" page.

I forgot to pick up my order from the collection point and it was sent back! What can I do now?

Do you accept returns?

I don´t accept returns, but I do accept exchanges! You have two weeks from the day you received your item to contact me. Please understand that you are responsible for the returns shipping costs. Once I receive your return, I`ll make sure that everthing is okay and offer you the option of exchanging it for an item of the same value or a store gift card.


How can I clean my apparel?

In every order I send a note with the washing instructions, but washing instructions are also on the products description.
