Returns & Exchanges
If you need your order in another size or decided for another design you can exchange the pieces. After receiving your order you have 10 business days to let me know you are about to exchange your pieces and to ship them to me. If your exchange ships after those 10 business days, I cannot accept it. After messaging me I'll let you know the best address to ship it to.
Each order garantees one exchange. That means that if you want to exchange pieces a second time you need to pay for the shipping, according to this table:
- Portugal: 5€
- Europe: 7€
- US: 10€
- Others: 9€
I do not accept returns.
Shipping
The amount of time an order takes to get to you from the moment you place it is calculated by:Overall time = processing time + delivery time
Processing time: Time it takes for me to make your order, pack it and take it to the post office.
Delivery time: Time it takes for the postal service to deliver your order.
The normal processing time in my shop is 2-10 business days. It can be longer for seasonal items such as advent calendars, please check individual listings.
I can ship urgent orders if you let me know beforehand and ask if I'm available to do so.
Delivery times vary according to the destination country. Delivery times may vary. These time frames are a mix of the ones indicated by my mail carrier and the ones I`ve actually seen happening by experience.
- Portugal: 1-3 business days
- Europe (EU and non-EU*): 3-8 business days
- United States*: 5-10 business days
- Everywhere else*: 5-15 business days
* VAT is not included in the prices, so your order might be subjected to import duties, taxes and/or charges not included in the total cost of your order. These costs cannot be reimbursed nor covered by me. If the costumer refuses the package due to these reasons they will not be refunded.
Shipping Delays
Please take into consideration that the delivery times are estimated, and are the normal behaviour that a package has after I ship it. I cannot be held responsible for delays by the postal service. Things like the Holiday Season, strikes, bad weather, customs,... can all affect the delivery times of your package. Please be patient, and keep checking the tracking. If tracking stopped updating, and before contacting me, here are some things I suggest you do:If it's been more than 21 business days and your order hasn't arrived/tracking stopped updating please contact me and I'll do my best to help you out. But please do the things I suggest before doing so, the first thing I'll ask is what your national postal service said when you contacted them.
- Copy and paste the tracking code provided to your national's postal service website. If the package is already in your country more information usually shows up.
- If it stopped updated and the last update mentions anything with customs, it can mean they are waiting for you to pay taxes or custom duties. You need to follow the instructions your national postal service provides for them to release it.
- Contact your national postal service and ask were it is/what is happening. They have access to more information.
Wrong address
If you wrote down you address incorrectly please contact me as soon as possible.If you realised this after your order has shipped, I cannot change the delivery address anymore. Once the package is returned back to me, you will have to pay for me to ship it to you again. The prices are as follow:I understand this can be frustrating, but I cannot be responsible for reshipping costs since I can only put on the shipping label what you wrote. This is not eligible for refunds.

Unclaimed packages
A package is considered unclaimed if it comes back to me after:In this case, I'll wait for you to send me a message. Once it arrives back to me, you will have to pay for the shipping:
- The package arrives to the destination but it is not claimed. If you do not open the door and the package ends up in your local post office you have a certain period of time to pick it up. If you do not, it gets returned back to the sender.
- The package gets stuck in customs, and duties and VAT are not payed for.
This is not eligible for refunds.

Lost packages
In the rare occasion that a package is confirmed as lost by the post office, I'll immediately ship you another package.
